Refund policy

Refund policy:

We have a 30 Day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags and in its original packaging.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Returns

To start a return, please contact us at enquire@maskells.net.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Postage fees for returned items are up to the customer to pay.

Exceptions

Items that have been used, damaged or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund. No change of mind return, or refund will be given.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please note that a 10% restock fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please also remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
